Announcing the first Barbecue Cooking Guide video beer review: Terrapin Side project #4 “Dos Cocoas”. This will be a semi-regular thing basically dependent on when I want to do them. Just a quick warning: I enjoy beer a lot but I am definitely not a “beer geek” so my review might not meet the high standards of other “beer centric” sites. I decided to do this about an hour and a half ago because I know there is some interest in the Terrapin side project series. I figured my review might help others get a “taste” of what the beer is like.
Bonus: If you are into pro cycling, listen to my talking beer opener to hear my interpretation of a classic Paul Sherwin (a pro cycling commentator) quote. Also, one of our cats, Oscar, makes a cameo appearance. Enjoy!

Yup, lots of chocolate flavor but not the sweetness. I really need to get another bottle or 2 of this. I think I’m heading to Greens again this coming weekend.
