Tell Me What To Cook For My Birthday And Win

My 44th birthday is next Saturday, the 11th of October, and to celebrate I’m going to let you tell me what to cook!  I have also decided to share a little birthday cheer by doing a small giveaway.  Here’s how the contest will work. You get entry(s) into the drawing for Steve Raichlen’s book,BBQ USA: 425 Fiery Recipes from All Across America, by doing one or all of these three things:

2. Contribute a comment,feedback on the site, birthday wishes etc. (1 entry)
3. Subscribe to our feed updates via email. Just subscribe in the box on the top right of the page. (1 entry)

You can do all three if you want to get three entries into the giveaway.  I know the book isn’t real expensive but it is a great book.  If you are at all interested in BBQ you will most likely love it.  I’ll close the contest next Thursday then pick a winner randomly from all the entries and ship the book to your door.  Now, on to my birthday survey:

I’ve decided that I want to do a “surf and turf” style birthday dinner.  You will vote on the specific meats I will use and how I will cook them along with what sides, dessert and adult beverages I will consume.  Once again I will video everything and post it on YouTube so you can see what I did and how i did it.
