Audience Participation Time
Ok, time to get all of you viewers to involved! I wanted to do something a little unique that would combine my love of beer and food. So, being the risk taking guy that I am (hey, I do ride my bike on the road with all the crazy drivers) I’m going to let you, the reader/viewer, tell me what beer to drink and what food to cook & eat. Here’s how it works:
- I’ve prepared an online survey(see below) you can complete to tell me what I should drink and eat. Fill out the survey and submit it.
- I’ll leave the survey open until Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at which time I’ll total the results and use that to make the meal. I plan on cooking this next weekend (October 31-Nov 1st) and doing a video showing what I’m making and how it turned out.
Pretty straightforward stuff. I’m really looking forward to doing this and if it works well, I’ll make this a semi-regular feature so please participate! Here’s the video I did for my YouTube viewers to get them involved:

Glad you like the website. I’m going to try and improve it a bit but for the most part I’m happy with it. Stay tuned because I have a bunch more beer to review and BBQ to cook!

I enjoy the videos. I’m the guy who recommended the sour beers and pairing with some sort of sauce made from a flanders red. Keep the videos coming.
