Happy Thanksgiving

I wanted to wish everyone a happy and safe Thanksgiving.  However you are spending the day- with family, friends, or by yourself- have a safe day and don’t eat or drink too much!

My Parents are in town for the holiday and I’ll be cooking my Apple Juice Brined Turkey on the Big Green Egg.  In addition to the turkey we’ll have all the fixings including apple/bacon sourdough stuffing, my Mother’s “world famous” cranberry casserole, sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts w/bacon, swiss chard, and of course pumpkin pie.  I’ve got a bunch of beer but I haven’t decided which one to pair with the meal.  I’m sure whichever one I choose will be good
