As for whether any beer contains wheat, unless it&#039;s listed on the label (a wheat beer, for example) I would contact the brewer to confirm. If you have a wheat allergy (and not a general gluten) allergy, I would think that many beers would be fine. But, if you have a gluten allergy then most beer will be off-limits. I would say to get the definitive word from your Doc on whether you have a wheat or gluten allergy and then contact the brewer to double check the ingredients.
