Walking is a great exercise.  I haven&#039;t done nearly enough of it the last few years, especially since I have been riding a lot.  Running beats me up too much in my old age so walking is a perfect way to get some good, weight bearing exercise in.  I bet that even with all of the stops you have to make on your walks that you still get in some good work and burn enough calories to cover you when you drink a good craft beer!</description>

		<description>I try to walk my dogs about 2 miles five mornings out of the week.  It&#039;s a pretty decent excersise considering I have to let them stop and do their business about 200 times during the walk.  But at least it&#039;s something!</description>
